ADI company engineering director Gabriele Manganaro, with its great leadership in high-speed converter design talent, was appointed as the IEEE (the American association of electrical engineers). Promoted to the IEEE will need to pass very strict assessment process, IEEE voting members have less than 0.1% a year.

Manganaro has a doctorate in engineering from university of catania, Italy, since 2010, served as director of ADI company high-speed converter project. His career in data converter design has more than 20 years.

High-speed converter unit product line director Dave Robertson said: "over the years, Gabriele has always been a bright star in the field of data converter. When he joined us in more than five years ago, immediately contributing to the ADI company high-speed converter departments. The winner of the IEEE to Gabriele jesuits is in his career and the breadth and depth of the impact of recognition. ADI company actively support engineers to participate in the IEEE and other organizations, in order to promote the industry technical communication."

Manganaro has won 13 patents of the United States and the other is applying for patent. He is still a lot of scientific award winners, including the rutherford Appleton laboratory in CEU prize in 1995, 1999 IEEE circuits and systems, IEEE 2007 Europe award for outstanding youth solid state circuits conference best paper award.

Manganaro has already authored and coauthored 60 papers and 3 books, including Cambridge university press, 2011 senior data converter. He has successively served as "IEEE journal of circuit and system - the first part of the associate editor, deputy editor and chief editor.

Manganaro worked 7 years in a row as ISSCC data converter technology group committee. He still IET jesuits (since 2009), the Sigma Xi members and council member of the association of IEEE circuits and systems.
