March 13-14, 2016 China international semiconductor technology conference (CSTIC 2016) was held in Shanghai international conference center. With SEMICON China 2016 held CSTIC is China's largest semiconductor technology conference 2016, become a domestic advanced semiconductor technology's annual event is discussed in this paper.
