TSMC, samsung, Intel is expected to surge in the second half of spending 9 into

Semiconductor industry was spending season! In TSMC, samsung electronics and Intel's big three, in the second half of 2016 semiconductor industry's capital spending is expected to jump from that of the first half of the year 2.
