Capital spending only $3.4 billion for the first half of the samsung, accounting for 31% of the general budget ($11 billion) this year, estimates that in the second half than jumped 120% in the first half of the year. Intel is spending $3.6 billion during the first half, the second half of the year to spend an estimated $5.9 billion, to achieve entire annual budget of $9.5 billion, equal to the second half of the spending is 61% higher than the first half.
