"In particular, huawei has a strict code of conduct, strict training of employees, formulated the detailed policy and abide by the relevant export control law, in accordance with export-control laws actively cooperate with relevant government departments, including the U.S. department of commerce," huawei spokesman said in an E-mail.

The Commerce Department spokesman declined to comment.

Huawei is a world leader in the field of telecommunications equipment production, the current set up 6 r&d centers in the United States, but in the United States share of the telecommunications infrastructure market is very low.
